Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged items not due to shipping issues
Return Process

2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
